Cassandra Whitaker, from the Southwestern region, released her first full-length collection in late July. Her collection, Wolf Devouring A Wolf Devouring A Wolf, is available from Jackleg Press.
Whitaker is a member of the National Book Critics Circle and the winner of the Pink Prize from Great River Review. Their work has been published in The Bennington Review, Foglifter, Gulf Coast, Shenandoah, Lambda Literary, and other journals.
