PSV has launched a contest, in coordination with the Virginia Poet Laureate, Mattie Quesenberry Smith entitled “Perseverance and Resilience through Poetry Contest: Edward W. Lull Memorial.” It is open now and closes July 5th, 2025 at midnight. It is only open to veterans of all branches of the U.S. military and will have prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, HM and an anthology of selected poems will be created (not just the first 4 places). The contest submissions are through Submittable only.
