Dr. Kathleen Decker will lead a second workshop on Saturday, June 20, 2026 from 1pm-3pm in person in Williamsburg, 515 Scotland St., Williamsburg Regional Library Theater, AND via Zoom for those wishing to create Collage Poems with 7 living Virginia Poets Laureates!
We will create new poems, borrowing a line from an existing poem from each of them, and this will result in a publication. They have each agreed to read the resulting collage poems and will write a chapter with their impressions, as well. It’s an amazing opportunity to write new poems with Virginia’s most distinguished living poets!
For those who participated in the Spring Festival Collage Workshop, this is a reminder to submit your finished collage poems to me for consideration for publication.
